Rules & Regulations

  1. Scholarship admission is subject to clearing the qualifying examination, group discussion, and interview (if any).
  2. The scholarship (if any) in subsequent semesters will be subject to the candidate acquiring the prescribed percentage of marks as well as on his/her conduct in Docversity.
  3. The scholarship of a candidate shall be cancelled if it is found that the admission/scholarship has been secured on the basis of furnishing false documents/incorrect information to Docversity.
  4. Any change in name/address is required to be intimated to Docversity authorities immediately in writing so that correct information is maintained in the official records of Docversity. Docversity reserves the right to revise its scholarship policies, terms, and conditions.
  5. A candidate found indulging in drugs, abuse, violence, or improper behavior and who does not adhere to the rules and regulations as are relevant from time to time, will face disciplinary action and he/she may be disqualified or have their scholarship revoked depending on the recommendation of the disciplinary committee.
  6. Activities that have the effect or intention of interfering with education, pursuit of knowledge, or fair evaluation of a student’s performance are prohibited. Docversity will display important notices pertaining to scholarship policies, exams, projects, seminars, guest lectures, and deadlines.
  7. Students are advised to read the notice board/online portal regularly as no excuse of non compliance shall be entertained.
  8. The scholarship offer letter, academic bulletin, information brochure, and website of Docversity are the correct and only guide to the terms and conditions of scholarship admission and the rules and regulations of Docversity.
  9. Students are advised to refer to the same for clarification. No other communication other than those mentioned above, whether written or verbal, is binding between Docversity and the students.
  10. Fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Only caution/security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded, if paid.
  11. Docversity reserves the right to cancel the scholarship/admission of any candidate under any of the following circumstances: If the fees are not deposited by the stipulated date.
  12. If the candidate does not join the particular programme by the stipulated date even though the fee has been deposited.
  13. If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications required for admission into the programme.
  14. All admissions and scholarships are entirely at the discretion of the management of Docversity and no explanation will be given in case of refusal. The acceptance of an offer of scholarship/admission implies the consent of the student to the rules and regulations of Docversity
